Teamwork makes the dream work

Oxford English Dictionary definitions:

Noun: “A group of players forming one side in a competitive game or sport” and “Two or more people working together” and “The combined action of a group, especially when effective and efficient”

Verb : "Team up"

Working as part of a team is par for the course in medium-large organisations these days and can sometimes come with multiple challenges, so how can we make it more enjoyable and even fun at times?

Why would you want or need to become a better team-player and what are the advantages of doing so, for you, your colleagues and your employer?

We know that well-functioning teams create happier employees and more successful organisations and that, conversely, dysfunctional teams are both a product and cause of poor workplace cultures.

This mini-workshop dives a bit deeper into the pleasures and pitfalls of teamworking and provides a framework on how we can help our teams work better.
