Peak Performance in Stressful Situations

Learn effective strategies and relevant tools to consistently perform well and avoid burn out in challenging circumstances

Wednesday 23 October 2024
9am -  10.30am
Online Workshop

On paper we know what works, and what we should do, and think, when we’re under pressure - as we’ve all been.

It’s simple - but it totally and absolutely - is not easy.

This workshop focuses on transferring effective cognitive strategies into useful and relevant tools. The specific skills we need to consistently perform well in challenging circumstances, individually and collaboratively, without crashing or becoming burned-out, don’t develop as a matter of luck or chance.  These are the result of a repeatable and learnable formula that can be applied to a broad range of circumstances and environments.

Workshop Content

Participants will be introduced to an effective overall behavioural construct adapted from Performance, Crisis and Sport Psychology. They will then learn three specific cognitive strategies that can be applied to addressing a broad range of individual and organisational challenges - and achieving specific goals.

Who should attend

Individuals, team or family members, that want to improve their their sense of well-being, effectiveness and outcomes, as they work towards achieving their day-to-day and longterm personal or professional goals.

We also offer PRIVATE WORKSHOPS -  does your organisation or business feel bespoke training would benefit staff?  You could host combined team training to get everyone on the same track which can be delivered online or in-person.   Please email Feona for more information.
