Don't forget to let us know what discipline you are when expressing an interest

Are you looking for a space to deepen your practice, enhance your skills, and receive support from a trusted professional, in a facilitated, group supervision approach?

Supervision isn’t just a professional requirement—it’s a proven way to sustain your effectiveness, confidence, and well-being in your work.

The key to effective supervision is a strong, open, and trusted relationship. Group Supervision provides a safe, collaborative space where you can reflect, refine your practice, and gain valuable insights from both the coach and other participants.

Why Supervision?
Research has shown that professional supervision can:
✅ Improve job satisfaction and reduce emotional exhaustion and turn over intention (Lambert, 2006; Knudsen et al., 2008; Ducharme, & Roman, 2008)
✅ Increase self-awareness, confidence, resourcefulness and objectivity
✅ Enhance treatment outcomes and competence (Bambling et al., 2006; King, Raue, Schweitzer, & Lambert, 2006)
✅ Provide a space for ongoing self-assessment, ethical reflection, and lifelong learning
✅ Enable metacompetence (the ability to assess what one knows and what one doesn’t know)

 What You’ll Gain
Supervision provides a structured, supportive space for:
Personal & Professional Development – Grow your self-awareness, skills, and impact
✅Managing Emotions & Well-being – Prevent burnout and sustain resilience
✅Maintaining High Standards & Ethics – Stay aligned with best practices and integrity

Payment in full is required before commencement of the training.  Payment online is by debit or credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express) only and there are 3 easy steps to complete the online booking process.
Our registration platform is hosted by Lil Regie, our NZ based booking agent. Upon completing your registration by hitting the blue 'Confirm Booking' button, you will receive an automated email from Lil Regie confirming the booking and amount paid by credit card. This will appear on your statement as from LIL REGIE LTD WELLINGTON.  A GST Tax Invoice showing your payment in full will also be emailed to you.

Can't pay online and require an invoice?

We work hard to ensure that all workshops are cost effective by automating our systems. If your organisation requires an invoice (rather than paying by credit card) there will be a $25 surcharge for this, and you will need to supply:

  • The full name and postal address required to appear on the invoice.

  • The contact name and email of the person(s) responsible for authorising this expense and approving payment.

  • Any purchase order references required on vendor invoices.

These coaching sessions will fill quickly, so if you would like to reserve a place while you seek confirmation, please contact Feona Horrex on email: feona@grow.co.nz

Cancellation Details

What happens if you have to cancel?
We know that sometimes your plans can change for many different reasons. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no extra cost. If a substitute delegate is not available and you need to cancel your registration, please be aware of the following:

Up to 14 days prior to the start of the first meeting date you will be provided a refund of your registration cost, less a $100.00 inc GST per attendee service charge.

If you cancel within 7 days of the first meeting date, you are not eligible to receive a refund.

If plans change within the 6 months, as the meetings are online, there is no further refund opportunity, as that would disrupt the viability of an ongoing group.

Group Supervision is cancellable by GROW with 7 days’ notice if a minimum number of attendees is not met and full refunds will be provided.
