The world is coming to Napier in December 2011. The New Zealand Optimist Association and the Napier Sailing Club are hosting this years Optimist World Championships with sailors from over 50 countries competing.
Grow is managing the online and print media for the event including this 6mx3m billboard located at the Napier Sailing Club on State Highway 2 (just before the Ahuriri turn off).
